My Journey

I didn’t set out to become a mindfulness teacher. I set out to understand why so many of us feel lonely in rooms full of people, and why we keep abandoning ourselves in the process.

You know that moment when someone exhales and finally feels seen? That’s the space I build my work around.

I’m endlessly fascinated by the inner world, the places we hide, the truths we carry, the tenderness we forget to offer ourselves.

My own journey through burnout, emotional hunger, and the quiet ache of living on autopilot led me to the work I do now. I learned that healing isn’t a grand transformation; it’s a series of small, honest moments where you choose yourself again and again, and that's not an easy thing to do.

Today, I help others do the same.

Through my writing, courses, and Sanctuary community, I guide people back into their bodies, their breath, their truth. I blend mindfulness, ritual, storytelling, and energy work to create spaces that feel like a warm light left on for you, a place to land, to rest, to remember.

Are your mindfulness courses accredited?

Yes, all our courses, including the 8-week Mindfulness-Based and Compassion-Based Living Courses, are fully accredited through the Mindfulness Association UK, ensuring professional standards of training.

Do I need prior experience for mindful movement?

Not at all. We support practitioners at every stage of their journey. Our mindful movement sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your body at your own pace, regardless of your background.

How does nature play a role in the learning process?

We believe the great outdoors is a powerful mirror for our inner state. We use nature-based lessons to help you understand transitions, grounding, and how we relate to the world around us.

What is the focus of 1:1 coaching sessions?

Our coaching is highly personal. We focus on your specific health and wellbeing goals, using mindfulness as a bridge to rediscover your creative voice and improve your everyday quality of life.
